How does it all work?
1: THE DETAILS
Date: Saturday, December 7, 2024
Time: 11am - 3pm (Mingle Market event will be from 10am-4pm)
Location: Stomping Grounds in Garden Oaks

Booth Spot: I will be located right under Tulum Wellness Spa
Session Time: Each child will have up to 5 minutes individually, and up to 5 minutes together as siblings. This is the perfect amount of time, trust me.
Investment : $40+tax per child and $40 per sibling session
3: IT'S POP-UP TIME!
Arrive a few minutes before your session time to make sure that your littles are ready to go. Since these sessions are booked back-to-back, this is so important.
Unsure of what to wear? Think spring! These photos work well with light and airy clothing colors and solids or thick stripes. If it's a bit chilly out, cardigans and chunky sweaters are the cutest! We recommend staying away from florals/busy prints, shirts with slogans, wording, or brand logos.
Joining us as a shopper walk-up? No problem! This market will have so many great vendors to browse and shop from before your session starts.
2: BOOKING PROCESS
For this market, we are welcoming advanced sign-ups and limited walk-up spots. We will have a QR code available for sign-ups and payment at our booth - no cash will be accepted. Each sign up spot is automatically set for ONE child. If there are siblings, or if you would like to book a sibling session, select all the add-ons that apply. Then, select your time slot, answer our questionnaire, and complete the booking process.
Example: if you have one child, select a time slot and complete the booking process - no add-ons. If you have 2 or more children, select "2nd Child", "3rd Child", etc., + the "Siblings Together" add-on, then complete the booking process.
4: DELIVERY & DOWNLOADS
One week after our Pop-up Portraits event, you will receive an email with a link to your secured photo gallery. A minimum of 5 photos of each child and sibling session will be available to view. Your session includes 1 digital download (one pose) from each individually purchased session in both color and black & white.
If you would like to add a curated package, your $40 session fee will be applied to your total. Packages start at $100 with details in your gallery.
